Your child's rights

RA 11650 — the Inclusive Education Act (2022) gives learners with disabilities, including learning disabilities, the right to inclusive education. It mandates Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), sets up Inclusive Learning Resource Centers in every city and municipality, and prohibits schools from refusing admission based on disability.
