Centers and programs offering structured reading remediation for dyslexic learners — searchable by region, including providers with online sessions.
What good intervention looks like
Ask how reading is taught. The strongest evidence supports structured literacy — explicit, step-by-step phonics teaching (Orton-Gillingham is one well-known approach), ideally one-on-one or in very small groups, several sessions a week. General tutoring that just re-reads schoolwork rarely moves the needle for dyslexia.
